I subrscribe to a daily motivational quote through Nightingale Conant. A while back I got one that said- if you watch this 3 min. video it will change your life. I just now got around to watching it... while, no- watching it will not CHANGE your life- because that is something YOU have to do- it did give me the extra boost I needed, and to take that extra step!
